This Limited Warranty applies to the following RedLiteX products:

• RedLiteX Mini Red Light Therapy Devices

• RedLiteX Pro Series Red Light Therapy Devices

• Official RedLiteX Mounts and Stands (as specified below)

RedLiteX offers a 60-day risk-free trial for all RedLiteX Mini and Pro Series devices.

• The trial period begins on the date the product is delivered to you.

• If you are not satisfied for any reason within 60 days, you may request a return.

• Returned products must be in reasonably good condition and functional, subject to inspection.

• Return procedures and any applicable shipping terms will be provided by our customer support team.

3.1 Device Warranty (Mini & Pro Series)

• RedLiteX Mini and Pro Series devices are covered by a 3-year limited warranty from the original date of purchase.

• During the warranty period, if your device fails due to defects in materials or workmanship, RedLiteX will, at its discretion:

  • Repair the product, or

  • Replace it with the same model or a product of comparable performance.

Where appropriate, RedLiteX may offer customers multiple reasonable resolution options, and the customer may choose the option that best meets their needs.

3.2 Mounts and Stands Warranty

• Official RedLiteX mounts and stands are covered by a 1-year limited warranty.

• This warranty covers structural or manufacturing defects under normal use conditions.

This Limited Warranty does not apply to:

1. Damage caused by misuse, abuse, accidents, drops, impact, liquid exposure, fire, or natural disasters;

2. Damage resulting from failure to follow the product instructions or safety guidelines;

3. Unauthorized modification, disassembly, or repair by anyone not authorized by RedLiteX;

4. Normal cosmetic wear and tear, including scratches, discoloration, or surface aging;

5. Products not purchased from RedLiteX or an authorized RedLiteX seller;

6. Consumable or wear-and-tear components, unless the failure is due to a verified manufacturing defect.

To process your request, you may be required to provide:

• Proof of purchase or order number;

• Product model and serial number (if applicable);

• A detailed description of the issue, including photos or videos.

As part of the service process, you may be asked to complete reasonable troubleshooting steps as instructed by our support team.

Products returned without prior authorization from RedLiteX may not be eligible for warranty service.

• If your device requires repair or servicing, RedLiteX will provide detailed instructions for shipping the product to an authorized service center.

• All repairs must be performed by RedLiteX-authorized technicians.

• After repair and post-service testing, the product will be returned to you.

• For confirmed warranty claims, RedLiteX will cover reasonable repair or replacement costs in accordance with this policy.

• Any repaired or replaced product remains covered only for the remainder of the original warranty period.

Except where prohibited by applicable law, any implied warranties, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, are limited in duration to the applicable warranty period set forth in this policy.

Some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitation may not apply to you.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RedLiteX shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to the use of, or inability to use, the product. This includes, without limitation, loss of use, loss of revenue, loss of profits, business interruption, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.

In no event shall RedLiteX’s total liability exceed the amount actually paid by you for the defective product.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so these limitations may not apply to you.

These limitations do not apply to claims resulting from death or personal injury caused by gross negligence, willful misconduct, or where liability cannot be excluded under applicable law.

This Limited Warranty shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

You agree to use RedLiteX products only for their intended purpose and in accordance with all instructions, warnings, and manuals provided.

Except as otherwise required by law, risk of loss, theft, or damage passes to the customer upon delivery. This Limited Warranty is the sole and exclusive warranty provided unless otherwise stated in writing by RedLiteX.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless RedLiteX, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, licensors, and service providers from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to:

1. Your use or misuse of RedLiteX products or websites;

2. Your violation of this Limited Warranty or related terms;

3. Your violation of any applicable laws or third-party rights.

RedLiteX reserves the right to assume the exclusive defense of any matter subject to indemnification, in which case you agree to cooperate fully.

RedLiteX reserves the right to modify or update this Limited Warranty at any time as permitted by law. The most current version will always be available on the RedLiteX official website.
