Delivery Time All red therapy light orders are shipped in the order they are received. Our distribution center ships orders Monday to Friday. Orders are typically processed within 1-3 days. Shipping time depends on how far you are from the distribution center(usually 7-14business days.)
Tracking Information Our courier service companies include FedEx, DHL, USPS, and UPS. Once your goods are shipped, we will send you a tracking number by email. If you do not receive a tracking number, it means that your order is in the queue and we will ship it in the order it is received. Once goods are shipped, the order cannot be canceled and the shipping address cannot be changed.
Shipping Areas Our products can be shipped to all parts of the world, including the United States, Europe, the Middle East, South America, Asia, Africa, and other regions. If you live outside the United States, please contact our customer team at redlitex.light@gmail.com for specific delivery times and optional shipping services.
Shipping Costs We provide free shipping services for customers in the United States, and free shipping services for customers outside the United States when their orders exceed $100.
NOTE Countries outside the United States may impose import taxes, duties, and other fees on shipped goods. These charges are your responsibility, but we will do everything we can to help you resolve VAT issues. Please do not abandon the package at customs clearance; we will not cover customs clearance costs if the customer does not cooperate.
Any shipment that is properly shipped within the United States but is subsequently rejected by the recipient, cannot be delivered to the address provided by the customer, or is returned to our warehouse will be subject to a fixed shipping/storage/receiving fee of $50 per box.
