RedLiteX offers a full 60-day trial period for all red therapy light products. This trial period begins when the customer receives the product. We require that all returns be sent in the original packaging, and all accessories must be intact and returned with the original packaging. RedLiteX is not responsible for lost or damaged returns, and we reserve the right to charge you for any damage caused to the product.
Return requests must state your full name and order number, and should include photos of the device from multiple angles so that we may review the condition of the device. Returns must be sent before the end of the 60-day trial period. Returns after the 60-day trial period will not be accepted.
If the returned product is damaged in any way or is in an unsaleable condition, the shipment will be refused and returned to the sender and no refund will be accepted.
After returning the device, you should retain the tracking information to provide RedLiteX with proof of delivery.
If the customer chooses to return the product within the 60-day trial period and meets the following conditions, a 100% refund of the product cost will be available - any optional expedited shipping and international shipping costs are non-refundable.

Buyers have 7 days from receipt to report that they have received a damaged item. Please carefully inspect your product and report any damage within 7 days. RedLiteX is not responsible for damage reported after 7 days. We require photo and video proof of receipt of damaged products.
Who pays for return shipping?
For non-quality returns and rejections, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs. For products returned due to quality issues, we will pay the return shipping costs.
Refunds:
Once your return is received and inspected, you will receive an email notifying you that we have received the item. If approved, we will process refunds within 1-5 business days. the refund will be processed and will be automatically credited to your credit card or original payment method.

Within 3 years of purchase, if your device does not work properly, we will repair or replace it. Each case is evaluated on a case-by-case basis to ensure that your red therapy light is back in working order as soon as possible.
What does the warranty not cover?
The warranty does not cover any problems caused by damage due to neglect, improper maintenance, or modification. The warranty also does not cover theft or loss of the product.
Exchange Policy:
If you want to exchange it for a different model or product, please request a return first. Our sales representative will send you the return address, and you need to send the device to be replaced to the specified address. After confirming that the device is in good condition, we will issue you a 100% refund. After submitting the return request, you can choose the other model or product you need according to the options provided on our website. We will send the device within 1-3 days after receiving the new order.
