Do I need to remove clothes for the light to work?
Light doesn't penetrate fabric well. For best results, expose bare skin. You can wear underwear or thin light-colored clothing, but effectiveness will drop by 30–50%. For serious therapy (pain, muscle recovery), skin-to-light is best.
Does the blue light (480nm) help with sleep?
No – opposite. Blue light suppresses melatonin. Use 480nm only in the morning or early afternoon to reset your body clock. For evening relaxation, use red and NIR only (630–1060nm) – those do not affect melatonin.
How far should I keep the panel from my body?
